RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-quality issue:

  • If the order is unshipped:
    • Email us as soon as possible, we can cancel the order and refund for you.
  • If the order is shipped:
    • You can email us with reason to return/exchange. If the reason is acceptable to us, we will proceed to refund once we got the item(s) back in good condition. We will not cover shipping cost for return/exchange of non-quality issue.

For quality issue:

  • Email us within 30 days of package arrival with photo evidence. We will proceed to return/exchange once we verify the evidence. The shipping cost will be covered for quality issue cases, though refund can only be proceed after we got the item(s) back.
